We are committed to serving as God’s ambassadors in a world that is characterized by overwhelming need and deep despair. We seek to heal, teach, and comfort the extraordinary people of western Africa who must rebuild their lives and their communities after suffering unspeakable brutality and immeasurable losses during 14 years of civil war.

Mission Partnership in SIERRA LEONE, Africa

In the last two decades, Sierra Leone has been ravaged by civil war. The devastation has been near complete with civilian casualties numbering in the tens of thousands and more than 2 million people displaced. Unspeakable atrocities have left Sierra Leone’s people maimed, hungry, and heartsick.

In 2007, we were led to the small village of Tissana where the broken but hopeful Sierra Leone people struggle to rebuild their lives. Working with village leaders, our initial efforts have been rewarding and productive.

Our work in Tissana continues as Grace volunteers serve in the medical clinic, work on construction projects and in the fields, and train new pastors.  Discover your divine purpose, follow your heart, and join us as we spread the Good News and hope of Christ in Sierra Leone.
